Over the years several of our repeat customers have asked about the possibility of purchasing a permanent site for their RV or one of the available condominiums so they would always have a place to stay.

In response to these inquiries, Econfina River Resort has taken a newly created block of RV sites and designated them as condominium units. Our goal is to provide the very best affordable weekend retreat. The premise is secure, secluded, and restricted.

Phase One consists of 21 lots along County Highway C14 designed for RVs and/or Trailers. Click here to view a map of the lots.

Phase Two consists of 28 lots just to the west of the ponds. Also under consideration are plans to construct additional housing units for sale as condominiums.
